During and after each individual camp in Macedonia, Kosovo, Bulgaria and Romania, the coaches selected a “Top 30” and those players were nominated to attend an international camp at the end of the summer.
Additionally, The individual National Federations with the assistance of the Expert Staff nominated 6 coaches to attend this camp as well
This camp did not evolve without hurdles, but the challenges faced in integrating 120 very competitive young men from 4 different countries in Eastern Europe presented our staff with great opportunities. The opportunities were realized and challenges accepted in stride as the players and coaches meshed as the week progressed. By the end of the week, I personally witnessed the beginnings of what could become a terrific professional network for these young and talented coaches.
